You Prepare By: 1.Policies 2.Educating 3.Training

Policies Make sure Employees are aware of all Policies and Procedures and Have them read and sign that they understood them! If Possible go over Policies with Employees Yearly

Educate Educate Employees of the Importance of Said Policies and what Benefit it is to have them Give Examples of Incidents that have occurred that have saved lives or prevent Incidents Because of such Policies

Training What good are polices if you do not implement them and train On what to do! Note: You Can not over Train!! In an Emergency a person Will revert back to that training or knowledge of what to do!

How aware are you of your Surroundings?

Surroundings What Goes on around you, What you see and What you hear is IMPORTANT! React to your instincts and training, if it feels wrong or Appears wrong it most likely is!

If you Hear Something, that sounds Threatening or Suspicious in Nature, Report it Immediately to your Supervisor!

Be Detailed in what you see or Hear! Supervisor: "Can you describe what the person who attacked you looked like?“ Witness: "No. He was wearing a mask.“ Supervisor: "What was he wearing under the mask?“ Witness: "Er...his face.“

The guy operating the camera is Robert Paterson and the court house was in Kootenai, Idaho. He was attending a court date due to being cited for riding a bicycle without a headlight. After this incident the judge charged him with contempt and 3 counts of battery against officers. He’s still in jail and bail was set at $50,000.

Major Security Issues for Court House! 1.Screening of Individuals for Contraband/Weapons 2.Controlled Access to the Building 3.Alarms A. Panic Alarms B. Fire Alarms C. Burglary Alarms Note: Very Important Alarms report Location/Area 4. Cyber Safety/Protecting your Records and information From theft or loss. 5. Parking Issues --- Buffer Zone of Safety 6. Cameras and the Monitoring and Recording. 7. Critical Nodes---those items lost/damage/destroyed, that will hamper/delay/or close down your ability to do your job!
