2. What is on-line learning? What is out there? How do I learn to teach on-line? Where can I teach on-line? What is the eLearning Consortium? Why was it formed? What has been accomplised? How do I get involved?

3. What do we see out there now? –LearningSpace, eCollege, Blackboard etc.. –Is this on-line learning? So what is it then? Remember in On-line learning, the word learning does not change… simply put.. the word on-line is added.

6. Absolutely and Absolutely Not You need an environment but which one does not matter If you look at all environments… something becomes very evident… they all function similarly educationally… the differences lie in the other features.
