7. To Develop Modified Belt Convener For Specific Application (IDP)  We have considered slippage of the belt while transmitting the material from one station to the other is for project work. As the slippage leads to loss of power without any transmission. So that problem was under our focus. 7

13. CAUSES OF THE SLIPPAGE IN THE BELT  In this context,we have noticed various possible causes of the slippage of the belt. They are as under:- 1.Miss alignment of the driver and driven shaft, 2.Effect of temperature on belt under tension so some permanent deflection of belt so starts slipping, 3.Over load in belt so deflection of belt so starts slipping etc,. 13

16. GENREL CHECK SLIP EQVATION  Approximately no loss in motor R.P.M. & Torque so very much slip is not produce.  But approximately losses in motor R.P.M. & Torque so very much slip is produce. 16

18. PROBLEM SOLUTION  To show graph we will focus on the alignment of the belt, behavior of the material of the belt at different temperature and also on the safe amount of load that may not result in any slippage. 18

19. PROBLEM SOLUTION(1)  Also in the modification of the system we will install a idler pulley to tighten the belt as per requirement and to avoid slip. 19
