Important Dates  Saturday, April 27 ~ Senior Prom (9 p.m. – 1a.m.) and After Prom (1:30a.m. – 5:00a.m.)  Friday, May 17 & Monday, May 20 ~ Review Day for Exams  Tuesday - Friday, May 21-24 ~ Final exams and textbook clearance  Friday, May 24 ~ Final Senior Breakfast – 8:30 am  Wednesday, June 5 ~ Graduation Rehearsal in the Main Gym from 9 am – 1 pm  Thursday, June 6 ~ Graduation (DAR)(10 am – approx. 11:30 am)

6. Senior Prom  Saturday, April 27  Grand Hyatt - Washington, DC  9:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.  No one admitted after 11:00 p.m.  Tickets available April 22 nd – 26 th  Tickets are $60 per person  No tickets will be sold at the door  Nominate Prom King and Queen when you purchase your tickets!!!

Prom, cont’d.  Dates not necessary  Only B-CC students and their guests permitted to attend  Dress Code: Formal  Formal portraits will be taken – pricing details will be distributed with prom tickets. Payment due at prom.  Parking garage: approximately $ 20.00 self parking, $ 42.00 valet parking  There will be a coat check

8. After Prom Kate Sieber  Dave and Buster’s  1:30 am – 5:00 am  All seniors are invited – even if he or she did not attend prom  Dress Code: Casual  Must be at After Prom by 2:30 am

11.  Friday, May 24 ~ 8:30a.m. l Obligations must be cleared by 8:30 a.m. Caps, gowns, and graduation tickets distributed at 8:30 a.m. Students will not receive these items until obligations are cleared. l State of Maryland Senior Survey & BCC survey must be completed prior to the end of exam week or you will have an obligation. 12. Dates, cont’d.  Wednesday, June 5 Graduation Rehearsal from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Main Gym MANDATORY !!!  Thursday, June 6 Graduation at 10:00 a.m. Constitution Hall NO SCHOOL FOR UNDERCLASSMEN !!!

13. Arrival at Constitution Hall  Graduation: 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 6  Students arrive no later than 8:45 a.m.  Students enter at C or D Street lobby  Doors open to public at 9:15 a.m.  Admission for public by ticket only  Doors close at 9:55 a.m. for line-up and processional; doors reopen after processional  Buses leave B-CC at 7:30 a.m. ($12.00 per person) DEADLINE to reserve a seat: Friday, May 17

14. Arrival at Constitution Hall – Cont’d  We do not want anyone to get stuck in rush hour traffic and miss the beginning of graduation.  Therefore, we strongly encourage graduates, family, and invited guests to take advantage of the chartered buses or the metro.  Bus reservation forms are located in the back of the graduation packet and should be returned to Mr. Orlando on or before Friday, May 17 th.

15. Tickets  Admission to Constitution Hall by ticket only  Each graduate receives 6 tickets  Tickets distributed on Friday, May 24 at 8:30 a.m. in the school cafeteria  Return unneeded tickets to Mr. Orlando  Submit request form for additional tickets A.S.A.P. to Mr. Orlando

16. Student Attire  Graduation is serious…Dress Appropriately  Female students: skirts, dresses, or slacks  Male students: dress shirts, ties, dress pants  Dress shoes for all students  Not permitted: tennis shoes, casual sandals, flip-flops, shorts, or jeans  No decorations or alterations to caps/gowns except for honor society cords, IB medallions & pins, etc.

17. Caps and Gowns  A list of seniors who have ordered caps and gowns will posted outside of C107 by the end of this week.  Order forms are outside of C107 and in the main office. The price is $50 until April 30.  After April 30, you must purchase a cap and gown at the senior breakfast for $ 60 CASH  Tassels can be purchased at the senior breakfast for $ 9 CASH §Tassels will be available for $9

18. Photography and Video  DVD copies available for purchase for $25 when ordered in advance (order forms included in the senior mailing. There are extra forms outside of C107 and in the main office.  Blanton Studios will take pictures at graduation.  A website and ordering information will handed out at graduation rehearsal and will be posted on the BCC website.

19. Not Attending Graduation? Please let Mr. Orlando know if you will not be attending graduation.
