Finnish Christmas food In Finland, we eat Christmas ham, carrot casserole, rutabage casserole, potato casserole, liver casserole rosolli, Christmas apples, rice porridge, gravlax, etc. Rosolli is made of potatoes, carrots, Beetroots. In Finland, we open the presents in 24.12. and we eat Christmas food 24. – we stop eating Christmas food then, when it ends. We made much food and we eat lots of chocolate. Fazer is popular candymaker
