DEFINITIONS Progressive/Liberal talk radio is a talk radio format in the United States devoted to expressing liberal or progressive viewpoints of issues. Conservative talk radio (or right talk) is a talk radio format in the United States and Canada devoted to expressing conservative viewpoints of issues.
