Data Refresh Cycle Wednesday Special Education data pulled & sent to Data Warehouse Thursday Level 0 and SIS data sent to Data Warehouse (due by 7am) Friday All files sent to Level 1 container & then moved to Level 2 over weekend Monday Data available for viewing in COGNOS Level 1 reports Tuesday Data visible in Level 2/NYSTART Wednesday Data visible in PD System

Secondary-Level Accountability and Graduation-Rate (Total) Cohorts

Guide to Accountability Cohorts High schools are accountable for three areas: English and mathematics performance; English and mathematics participation; and graduation rate. A different group of students is measured in each of these areas. The cohort used to measure English and mathematics performance was redefined beginning with the 2002 cohort; the cohort used to measure graduation rate was redefined beginning with the 2003 cohort.
