The plan must address all activities necessary to support: The GPEA CoordinatorThe Records Manager The PRA CoordinatorSmart Choice Participants The IT Portfolio ManagerPresidential Initiative Participants The Forms ManagerBusiness Area Representatives  Full (100%) compliance with GPEA by the end of FY 2004  Project Plans associated with the 21 Presidential Initiatives for which USDA is a partner as well as the Federal Health Architecture initiative  Continued implementation of the enterprise eAuthentication service, AgLearn, and the eDeployment initiatives as well as the other eGovernment priorities identified in the eGovernment Strategy
