Teams are the most fundamental building blocks of society We therefore need to utilize teams which benefit our organization so it can be successful and that help individuals grow in their leadership capabilities

Teamwork is essential for a productive organization We therefore need to develop teams in an effective and efficient structure and use current “best practices” to ensure success; this includes giving team members the knowledge and resources to achieve success.

SYNERGY The whole is greater than the sum of its parts We therefore need to have organizations that embrace diversity, teams that are encouraged to be creative and team members who are engaged.

HOW DO WE ENSURE ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS? We must develop people and teams which are aware of, trained in and use the skills associated with all of the concepts covered in this class; including the Level Three Leadership theory, understanding individual VABEs, Gallup’s Engagement process, and the Team Achievements and Healthy Organization models.
