Tank Circuit This circuit stores energy in the form of electric and magnetic fields so it is a tank (storage) of energy. Inductor stores energy in the form of magnetic field and capacitor stores energy in the form of electric field. Inductor and Capacitor play catch-catch of energy by energizing and de- energizing
