ALLEN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT Projects Under Construction Service Center 93% Complete – Projected Finish Date late April 2015 Bossy Boots Road – Paving complete Site Wall – complete Site Concrete – only lack sidewalk on Hopewell Main Building – Installing plumbing fixtures, 99% complete with ceramic tile, installing bathroom partitions, light fixtures, fire sprinkler heads, wall vinyl, and cabinets

ALLEN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT Projects Under Construction Service Center Power is installed Geothermal fields are purged, heat pumps started going on line last month Technology data cable is pulled Ornamental fencing is complete Signal at Bossy Boots scheduled to be complete May 1, 2015 – weather permitting Landscaping – on-going Exterior doors are installed, Interior doors on-going

4. ALLEN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT Projects Under Construction Service Center Shop – interior finishes are being installed Exterior is complete Bus wash is installed Equipment is being installed – hose reels, etc. Technology data is being pulled Piping at the fuel tanks is on-going Canopy at fuel tanks – waiting on material Storage Building – complete

ALLEN INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT Projects Under Construction Move-in Schedule Facility, Maintenance and Distribution will move in starting in May (before school is out) Transportation will move in the second week of June (after school is out) Food Service will move the last week of June (after school is out) New furniture is scheduled to be delivered into the building the week of May 18, 2015.
