4 Ifill-RoseauAdapted from Lifetime Health Bell ringer Activity  Write down three goals you hope to accomplish within the next month, and three goals you hope to accomplish within the next 10 years.

5 Ifill-RoseauAdapted from Lifetime Health Motivation  Brainstorm some goals that teens might have.  Determine…the long-term goals and short-term goals.
