L AST L OOK AT 2014-2015 D ATA These applications combine your data and other district’s data for your resident students. Supplementary Weighting (Non Fall) will be used in 2015-16 Certified Enrollment. If a change is needed, contact an SRI Consultant. Deadline August 13. Graduate Verification opens after all districts have finished Supplementary Weighting (Non Fall). You may change a student’s graduation status in the application. Deadline August 28. 2

S UPPLEMENTARY W EIGHTING (N ON -F ALL ) Non-Fall means courses with a start date after Oct. 1 st. Only sections with FTE > 0.000 will be selected. 4

S UPPLEMENTARY W EIGHTING (N ON -F ALL ) If a course is missing, check the section FTE and contact an SRI consultant. 7

S UPPLEMENTARY W EIGHTING (N ON -F ALL ) If a weighting factor is missing it means a match could not be made with the reported CCN and the Institution Providing. Check the contract your district has with the community college to verify the CCN and then contact an SRI consultant. 8

S UPPLEMENTARY W EIGHTING (N ON -F ALL ) If a course has a weighting factor of 0.000 it means the DE does not fund supplementary weighting for the course. Courses with a weighting factor of 0.000 may include: courses with a CCN < 100 courses with a CCN prefix of SDV internships independent study individualized lessons 9

S UPPLEMENTARY W EIGHTING (N ON -F ALL ) Student level data will only show students for whom your district is generating money, your resident students and CPI students attending your district. 11

S UPPLEMENTARY W EIGHTING (N ON -F ALL ) Your district will be billed for your students attending in another district. If a course / student is missing, contact the attending district. It is the responsibility of the attending district to enter the Section FTE. 12

S UPPLEMENTARY W EIGHTING (N ON -F ALL ) The remaining tabs contain the same break down of information and clicking on the numbers will provide course and student level data. ICN courses have Section Delivery Method = ‘3’ Regional Academies are programs established by a school district to which multiple schools districts send students in grades 9-12. Courses are for HS credit only. There are very few in the state. Class in Another District students’ are reported with Entry Code ‘16’. The Section FTE is entered by the attending district. Contact the attending district if an error is found. PSEO Courses are funded only for Non-Public Shared Time and CPI Students Dual Enrolled for PSEO Courses. 13

For billing information, please go to SRI and not Supplementary Weighting (Non-Fall). Click on CE/SW on the Menu Bar and look for Non-Resident Students attending your district in each of the SW Types. 14

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION Graduation Verification allows you to: Make a non-graduate a graduate, or Make a graduate a non-graduate Download lists of students to Excel A student who completes graduation requirement prior to the start of the 2015-2016 school year is a 2014-2015 graduate. An IEP student who is enrolled in Transitional Services – 4+ Program is not a graduate. Check those already in a 4+ Program: Grad? Continuing? Foreign Exchange students are generally not graduates. Graduates in 2014-2015 can not be enrolled in 2015-2016 and are not included in Certified Enrollment. 16

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION The “Graduates” menu allow you to select Graduates or Non Graduates. Graduates are initially shown. Click a number to see a list by race and gender. 18

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION Click a number to bring up that list of students. 19

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION Whenever a list of students is displayed, you may download that list to Excel. To change the graduation status of a student, click on the State StudentID. 20

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION To change this graduate to a non graduate, change the Graduate Status dropdown from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’. 21

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION The other three graduation fields automatically revert to ‘99’ Not applicable. Click Save. 22

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION To make a non graduate a graduate, click on the Non Graduates bar on the Home Page. Then click on the student count and lastly State StudentID as in the previous example. 23

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION Use the dropdown to change Graduate Status from ‘No’ to “Yes’ 24

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION The Diploma Type, Post Grad Location and Post Grad Intent default to ‘1’. Change them as needed and then click Save. 25

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION From the Home page, click on Tuitioned In. These students attended your district but were Tuitioned In from another district or were your students attending a residential facility in your district. Note the ‘Grad District’ for each of the shown students. 90980000 represents a state level graduate. 26

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION From the Home page, click on Tuitioned Out. These are your resident students tuitioned out to another district. Your district is the Grad District. Note that you can also see the Non Graduates in Tuitioned In or Out situations. 27

G RADUATE V ERIFICATION The final menu option is Accountable Grads. These are the graduates for your district and include your resident students tuitioned to another district, students open enrolled to your district, and your resident students attending your district. 28
