RTT III The purpose of the Race to the top of the Valley collaborative is to enhance the quality of education for all children in the San Luis Valley by developing high quality curriculum aligned to Colorado standards and by utilizing professional learning communities to support teachers and administrators to improve overall classroom instruction.
