4 The 21 st Century ‘World- of-Work’. The triumph of the 20 th century includes the ever-increasing advances in technological innovation, health care, world-wide communications, and political democracy. The Tragedy of the 20 th century is the ever- widening gap between the rich and poor nations, the growing disconnect between the normal and monetary economies, and mass- unemployment/poverty as a way of life.

7 Think ‘Wealth-Creation’ – not ‘Poverty-Alleviation’ The engine of a prosperious economy lies in the Private Sector and a Sustainable Middle Class. Without these – the economy will be forever locked into an isolated ‘elite’ Rich Class embedded within a sea of ‘mass’ Poverty.

10 Summary The Nigerian economy is contrasted against other world economies in the introduction and found to be very small on the world scale i. e. 50% of that of South Africa and only 1% of that of the US. The implementation strategy for the concept of ‘workeracy TM, at a National level is discussed in section 7 by means of a 12-step ‘WORKERACTY TM, process.
