Employee Notifications – United Way Campaign Underway Active full and part-time U.S employees with active email addresses will receive an email Aug. 19, 2013 from CEUWA_cat@cat.com E-mail will provide a link to pledge online Employees without active email addresses (i.e. production employees), will have access to the pledge link via www.caterpillar.com/unitedway

3. Accessing eWay Employees will log in with employee ID number as the username. Default password is the employees first and last initial and home zip code. Prompted to reset password immediately after logging in

4. Select Pledge Now Pledge video from Doug will play automatically

5. Donating via Payroll Deduction and click Continue Employees have the option to select Payroll Deduction or No Thanks. I do not wish to contribute.

6. Option 1: Select an amount per pay period and click continue Employee has 2 options for payroll deduction: amount per pay period or one-time payment.

7. Option 2: Select one-time annual gift amount and click continue Employee has 2 options for payroll deduction: amount per pay period or one-time payment.

8. Donating via Stock and click Continue Employees have the option to select Payroll Deduction, Stock or No Thanks. I do not wish to contribute.

9. Enter Stock Details and click Continue To donate using stock complete all the fields and click “add stock”. Also be sure to review stock payment instruction before continuing.

10. Designation Options The default United Way listed below will be the employees home zip code United Way. Employees have the option to designate to a total of 4 United Ways or funded agencies

11. How to designate to other United Way(s) or Agencies

12. Search for United Way(s) or Agencies United Way agencies within employees home zip code

13. Select United Way or Agency

14. Donation Distribution – Enter Amount Employees can choose to designate by percentage or by dollar amount. Minimum of $25 per agency.

15. Negative Designation then select continue An employee can write in an agency they do not wish to have their money allocated

16. Donor Recognition Information on this page is optional. Employee can choose if they wish to remain anonymous by selecting the box under acknowledgements.

17. Donor Information then click Continue Information on this page is optional. Employee can enter or change information in these fields.

18. Review pledge information and click Submit Contribution

19. Print Pledge Receipt and click Logout Employees can print this pledge certificate. Employee will also receive and email with their pledge summary details and a certificate to print.
