3 yeh, but why? Tags help to improve search engine's effectiveness because content is categorized using a familiar, accessible, and shared vocabulary.

4 will it work for me? Yes! If used in combination with other content portals such as Flickr, del.icio.us, technorati and eventually apc.org.
