PURPOSE Repeal BMC Existing Chapter 13.10 – References King County Code Create New BMC Chapter 13.10 “Surface Water Management”

OBJECTIVES Meet requirements of NPDES Phase II Permit Reorganize and adopt more comprehensive provisions for the surface water management program Adopt regulations that are specific & unique to Burien Propose rules and regulations that consistent in scope and matter to the SWM programs of other jurisdictions
