2. PAYC is a group of dedicated, active teenagers whose goal is to make the Town of Payson a better place thru their feedback and involvement in our community.

4.  Provides a new perspective from the youth point-of-view to the Payson Town Council.  Creates and maintains a leadership-building program for teenagers.  Exposes youth to the inner workings of the Payson Town Government, fostering ownership and understanding.  Teaches community support and volunteerism.  Fosters the development of peer mentors, leaders, and role models for other youth in the community.

6.  Presented to the Payson Optimist Club  Paty Henderson – Star Valley Council Liason  Small fundraisers for our fund.

8. Goals:  Developing reports to the Town Council on Youth issues  Actively attend Town Council meetings  More involvement between Star Valley and Payson  Participate in ASU Delivery  Review policy & age limit for future growth on PAYC
