Downtown Vacaville PDA Future vision of the Downtown PDA includes: ◦ Mixed use (live~work) & affordable high density housing in the Opportunity Hill and Depot Street areas ◦ Enhancement of existing pedestrian facilities with the extension of the Creekwalk trail from McClellen St. to east of Depot Street ◦ Centralized downtown parking ◦ Major utility infrastructure improvements to serve development of Opportunity Hill

Allison / Ulatis PDA Allison / Ulatis PDA boundaries: Interstate 80, Ulatis Creek and the Putah South Canal Phase 1 of the Vacaville Transportation Center is the latest significant element added to the Allison / Ulatis PDA ◦ Regional as well as local transportation options ◦ Park and ride facilities and vanpool ◦ Connections to Sacramento, BART and the Vallejo Ferry Ulatis Creek pedestrian / bike path
