2 Baseline patient cohort. Among LRR, in-breast recurrence was the most common site. Surgery was universally offered for recurrence.

3 Significant predictors of LRR. Triple negative subtype was the most adverse predictor of DFS following LRR. Size of initial tumor and use of salvage surgery were also associated with DFS.
