8 Question 4 If you visited the emergency department outside of surgery opening hours, did you attempt to contact the emergency out of hours service provider NEMS (Nottingham Emergency Medical Services)?

21 Question 11 Are you aware that the practice runs a monthly Carers Drop in Clinic to help the carers access support for them?
