2. BACKGROUND Need for information transfer and ability to ask questions in Student Assistant community as, SAs mostly work in isolation from each other across 6 campuses and, Current end-of-shift reporting via LibShare not conducive to asking questions and receiving answers

4. CHALLENGES Confusion as to where to blog daily activity (LibShare) and when to use Bulletin Board Rules of use Encourage regular usage
