Accruals Totals & Schedule Displays a summary of the employee’s worked hours, categorized by labor accounts, jobs, and pay code amounts. The Schedule section of the tab displays the employee’s schedule assignment for the selected time period Displays the accrual balances as of the date selected from the timecard. Balances are downloaded from Banner. 1/13/20129

Audits Sign-offs, Requests & Approvals The Audit tab lists all punch and pay code edits performed on the timecard, punches entered from a data collection device, group edits that affect the employee’s timecard, user name of the person who make the edits, and the date and time of the edit. The Sign-offs, Requests and Approvals tab displays information about employee’s requests, and manager approvals and sign-offs associated with the employee’s timecard. 1/13/201210

Comments Moved Amounts The Comments tab displays comments and notes associated with the employee’s time information for the selected time period. The Moved Amounts tab displays all pay code, labor account, and work rule transactions that were moved to another pay code, labor account, job, or work rule. 1/13/201211

Entering Hourly Time In-punch and out-punch identify the start and end of a shift. Employees that take lunch breaks will have 4 punches per day Punches appear in the timecard grid and originate from difference sources: – Data Collection Devices (i.e. Timeclocks) – Web Application (i.e. Timestamp) – Manual Entry (i.e. Missed Punch) 1/13/201212

Missed Punch Click in the cell to correct the missed punch. Type in the time Save! 1/13/201213

Saving Changes Orange Timecard indicates the timecard has not been saved. Click Save. 1/13/201214
