Green Partnerships Arronches, 8 - 10 July 2013 2 Koprivnica-Križevci County Pilot case 1: Investment proposals for instalation of photovoltaic panels at the public building -Koprivnica-Križevci county doesn’t have Energy Strategy, but it will be made in this project and it will define measures for photovoltaic panels. -From SEAP Koprivnica will be implement measures for photovoltaic panels. -Create the conditions for the construction of RES facilities that will be an integral part of spatial plans in Koprivnica-Križevci county.

Green Partnerships Arronches, 8 - 10 July 2013 4 Koprivnica-Križevci County Pilot case 2: Creating possibilities for biomass and biogas producers -Energy Strategy of Koprivnica-Križevci County will analyse possibilities for using biomass and biogas in energy sector -Spatial plans are insufficiently defined terms for the construction of RES and do not have enough information about RES -Create the conditions for the construction of RES facilities that will be an integral part of spatial plans in Koprivnica-Križevci County

Green Partnerships Arronches, 8 - 10 July 2013 5 Koprivnica-Križevci County - The investment in this pilot case will be less because one object to be implemented, and one farm that is going to invest in a biogas is to be closed down Pilot case 2: Creating possibilities for biomass and biogas producers

Green Partnerships Arronches, 8 - 10 July 2013 6 Koprivnica-Križevci County Pilot case 3: Inceasing energy efficiency in public school building -Energy Strategy of Koprivnica-Križevci County will analyse possibilities for enhancing energy efficiency in public school buildings. -Gathering all the stakeholders associated with energy efficiency in public school buildings. -The investment in this pilot case will be less because one project for enhancing energy efficiency is currently being implemented -Development of a GIS monitoring energy efficiency

7. Green Partnerships Arronches, 8 - 10 July 2013 7 Koprivnica-Križevci County Pilot cases -Exact investment proposals will be defined during the project implementation. -Approximate value of investment by fields: - 500.000 euro, public funds and owners of building - 1,0 mil. euro, public funds and private investors - 1,0 mil. euro, public-private partnership - Established non formal local partnership
