AGREE OR DISAGREE? Job security has decreased since the 1990s. Temporary employment has decreased since the1990s. It is rare nowadays to have a permanent job for life. Technological change and globalization affect job tenure. Downsizing hits ageing workers most. Only blue-collar workers are made redundant these days.
