8 ounce SKIM milk= 1 cup 8 ounce of Yogurt= 1 cup 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese Two slices- ¾ ounce each Of Swiss Cheese ½ of a cup: pudding

Reduces risk of Osteoporosis Diets that include milk products tend to have a higher overall nutritional quality. Calcium + Vitamin D (building the strength of bones) Potassium (maintain healthy blood pressure)
