WARM UP Answer on loose leaf paper (do not need to copy question) 1.Prior to the invention of the Printing Press by Johann Gutenberg, everything had to be copied by hand. How do you think the Printing Press changed history? TEN MINUTES

Renaissance Self-Guided – rules 1. there are several tickets out the door. Each must be answered on a sheet of loose leaf paper with your name and block. There may be several due each class. 2. you may work with partners (maximum 3 in a group). For this to work, you must all move at the same pace. There must be one person in charge to make sure you quickly move through the instructions and stay focused 3. if you elect to work in a group and I find that you are not focused, and not finishing each part in a timely manner, I will break the group up, and you will have to work on your own. 4. if the group leader has you start the video at the same time then you should all finish approximately at the same time (allowing pauses for note taking). At the end of the video, your group can compare notes and answer the questions together. However, each member must write their own notes, and each member must do their own ticket out the door
