Dashboard: has been completely overhauled – View your completion status, number of total records, and the latest Crop Monitor at a glance – Help files have been added for many features EU28 Region group: now available under Settings Usability design: Monthly assessment and Search/Edit tables have been re- designed and are now sortable Auto Populated Felids: Update entry tables on Search/Edit and the map are now auto-populated with the previously selected values Map Commenting: Commenting tool on the map has been updated, users can now see what the current crop stage is, more easily browse existing entries, and view the number of existing entries for a region Commenting Period Enabled: Users will now receive a notification if the comment is submitted outside of the commenting period Security Caching: Users will be logged out of the interface automatically after 30 minutes of no activity Email: Two new email accounts have been set up to respond to user comments and questions: – For questions regarding data and Crop Monitor reports: cropdata@geoglam-crop-monitor.org – For technical questions regarding the Crop Impact Assessment Tool: support@geoglam-crop-monitor.org – Or send a message through the dashboard “Contact” form New in Version 2.0 Client

All geographic data is now stored in an enterprise-level SDE database (previously data capacity was limited to 2 gb) – Commenting workflow changed to eliminate data redundancy in the system Level 3 accounts provide complete access and administrative tools to Crop Impact Assessment Tool administrators Interface is now backed by a XML configuration file to allow easy updating of key features. (Enables fast changes to interface fields) New GEOGLAM Admin Toolbox for updating and publishing new satellite derived data maps, archiving and resetting crop comments at the end of the month, and updating crop stage symbology. Commenting regions now have a unique identifier “shapeid”, archive now indicates the crop stage at the time at which the comment was submitted to the system New in Version 2.0 Server-side
