2. Business Overview GoAir Imports is a logistics company in Houston, TX. It was founded in 1995. The company only deals in handling of the goods to the consignee which comes through air-ways mode of transportation. It not only deals domestically but also has international branches.

3. Business Need To upgrade the database system. Labor intensive to provide detailed invoice. The current system is unable to solve customers’ problems efficiently. Unable to measure the degree of success or failure of business.
