5. Our Former Method Our Previous Method of Room Inspection: – One person in the hallway with good hearing and the ability to write very fast – Four to six people inspecting rooms and yelling out problems

6. Our Former Method When the inspection was complete, the list of problems was photocopied and given to the Building Supervisor and a copy to maintenance This document could be anywhere from one and half hours after the start of the inspection to a day later

7. Our Goal Get the work orders to maintenance and housekeeping faster As soon as a floor is completed, the office can assign work orders and get them to the technician – Allows the technician to start anywhere from an hour earlier to a day earlier from the previous method
