BTT10 Angela Huang

 Recycling of electronic devices is when your devices is not working (such as laptop, TV, phone, battery) and you put them in a recycled box or return them to the store.  Recycling of electronic devices is not just throw them in a garbage can.

 People replace their devices every year, that means the devices can’t use it for a long time.  I found this graph interested because most people replace their devices every year. On average, how often do you replace your electronic devices?

This is the actual data of my recycling of electronic devices survey.

 Not many people know that if they handle the electronic devices not properly will caused damage to our health and the environment.  People think the manufacture of electronic devices should be responsible for recycling their e-waste.  Most people think that the companies shouldn’t charge them for helping them to recycle the devices they purchased at their store.

 As a result, you can see most people would throw their electronic devices in a garbage can.  When we replace our new devices, we can go back to the companies and ask them to help us to recycle them.  If your devices is not working, first try to fix it and if it still doesn’t work, then recycle it.
