Consequences of incomplete or incorrect reports Prime Contractor Payment Delay Sub Contractor Payment Delay If habitial, possible loss of contract Continued violations can lead to disbarment, meaning, that you cannot bid or perform work on prevailing wage projects for up to 3 years.

What if I make a mistake on a certified report? Question : I paid my employees their normal “ non- prevailing wage rate ”. What do I need to do? Answer: You need to make wage restitution AND issue corrected certified payroll reports within 30 days from the date that the General Contactor was notified. These must be accompanied by a completed restitution form for each affected employee.
