2. Definition of a Leader 1. You are a leader when you have INFLUENCE in the life of another person. 2. A person who actually “DO great things” rather than a person “WANT to do great things”

3. Kingdom of Christ model  According to Mark10 :42-45 and 2 Cor 4:5  Christian Leadership is Servant Leadership.  We believe in God’s unique design and honor what HE is doing in a person.

13. 1-FOCUS on Fundamentals  Do not get distracted and dilute yourself to be the master of nothing.  Eliminate everything that does NOT matter in your life.  Focus on your call in the things you do well.

14. 2- DISCIPLINE  Fight Fear. Fear is paralyzing in reaching goals. Work, practice and repetition will eliminate fear.  Practice like you play and play like you practice.  Willing to work harder than anyone else.

17. 5- YOUR ATTITUDE WILL ALWAYS DETERMINE YOUR ALTITUDE  Positive attitude is a continuous CHOICE  Positive attitude is reflected in your walk, eye contact, body language, smile, sense of humor, امثال 17 : 22 الْقَلْبُ الْفَرْحَانُ يُطَيِّبُ الْجِسْمَ وَالرُّوحُ الْمُنْسَحِقَةُ تُجَفِّفُ الْعَظْمَ.

19.  7- YOU HAVE TO BE GOAL ORIENTED  Success in life is about setting goals and letting nothing distract you away  Press forward even when temporarily stopped. Philippians 3:12-15  St. Paul a role model of Olympic runner reaching to the finish line.

20. 8- HAVE A VISION Think Positively in every Situation امثال 23 : 7 لأَنَّهُ كَمَا شَعَرَ فِي نَفْسِهِ هَكَذَا هُوَ

21. 9- MENTAL TOUGHNESS  Accept that life is hard, and will try to defeat يوحنا 16 : 33 قَدْ كَلَّمْتُكُمْ بِهَذَا لِيَكُونَ لَكُمْ فِيَّ سلاَمٌ. فِي الْعَالَمِ سَيَكُونُ لَكُمْ ضِيقٌ وَلَكِنْ ثِقُوا : أَنَا قَدْ غَلَبْتُ الْعَالَمَ ».  If you have to go through hell, KEEP GOING امثال 24 : 16 لأَنَّ الصِّدِّيقَ يَسْقُطُ سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ وَيَقُومُ. أَمَّا الأَشْرَارُ فَيَعْثُرُونَ بِالشَّرِّ. امثال 24 : 10 إِنِ ارْتَخَيْتَ فِي يَوْمِ الضِّيقِ ضَاقَتْ قُوَّتُكَ.  “Problems are never the issue, it ‘s what you do with them that determines your success”

22. 10- MAKE ADJUSTMENTS, DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES فيلبي 4 : 9 وَمَا تَعَلَّمْتُمُوهُ، وَتَسَلَّمْتُمُوهُ، وَسَمِعْتُمُوهُ، وَرَأَيْتُمُوهُ فِيَّ، فَهَذَا افْعَلُوا، وَإِلَهُ السَّلاَمِ يَكُونُ مَعَكُمْ.  God cares about the birds in the air but He does not drop worms in their mouth  Look for new challenges
