7. Best to scan thru a program instead of directly from the scanner. Adobe Acrobat is a very good program to scan from. Scanning an image

8. Here you set up the type file you want to scan Preview and adjust the area you want scanned in.

9. We selected the area to be scanned and then clicked on the Scan button. Below is the completed scanned image of the above selection.

10. Find you icon for the digital camera. Double click on the icon and open the above screen.

11. These images are stored in “MY PICTURES” folder. Under Mike & Alex This is the default folder for most cameras

13. Here we use the crop tool directly in the program.

14. You also have the option to save directly to the original file or save as and select another file.
