It's interesting and I don't get bored. But, of course, you can't get a promotion in my situation. I've been a consultant for five years. I work for lots of different companies on different projects. Sometimes there is too much work and I'm very busy. At other times, there isn't enough work and I worry about money. I don't get a pension - that's a bit of a problem. But I don't like being an employee or having a boss, so this kind of work is good for me.
