11 Email Safety.Write your rules here You must know who you are talking to because just encase you said something wrong You must be polite because they will respect you back Don’t open attachments because they could be a virus Add people that you know because then you can trust them Don’t tell anyone your password because they will tell others

12 Email Netiquette.Write your rules here. You must not swear on the email because it is not polite No text language because it got to look professional Don’t be racist because it is against the law No dirty talking because it is rude Make sure that the sentence is alright to send because you don’t want any awful language on it

13 Email Problems You send an email but you get an error email saying it couldn’t be sent. You will have to try again later or the internet is not working. You send an email but the next page says that it cannot connect. The problem is that you have no internet and you must check your cable. You send an email but the person says that you sent never arrived. There internet cable don’t work or the connection don’t work. You receive an email asking for your bank details because there is a problem with your account. It looks like it is from your bank. You need to make sure its your bank account and that no one is scanning your bank. You are trying to attach 100 holiday photos to send to your friends, but it won’t let you. You must put it in a file and send it to your friends
