GUARDIANS OF FREEDOM TELL YOUR STORY My Goals  Make sure we “Get it Right” with needs of our ANG & First Sergeant training  Work closely w/ ANGCCMs, FSA Commandant & CMSgt Frank (AD SD Mgr), CMSgt Bellerose (AFRC Functional)  Monitor statistics for adverse trends, policy violations  Incorporate the needs of ANG based on feedback from field  Ensure training is reliable & relevant for the AGRs/Techs/DSGs roles of our ANG first sergeants  Work closely w/ANGRC directorates to match up policy w/needs of the field 11
