1. Ref Centre Referee assignments will be done on Ref Centre this year Please take the time to follow these instructions to receive game offers Important –You need to follow all steps in this process to be set up correctly Step 1 On your web browser go to www.refcentre.com

2. Step 2 Log into Ref Centre here If you don’t know your password Use the Forgot password tool here

3. This is your home page when you are logged in

4. Step 3 Go top the Games menu and select the Availability tool

5. Step 4 Update your calendar to show when you are available to referee. Click the update button to save Do this now for May and June

6. Step 5 Now go to the Preference menu and select Leagues A list of leagues will appear Make sure that you check off Southwest Region Soccer Association Click Submit to save

7. Step 6 Now go to the Preference menu and select Clubs Your home club (in this case Kitchener) is checked off If you wish to referee for other clubs check them off also, however only do this if you intend to travel away from your club

8. Step 7 Now go to the Preference menu and select Fields Click on a city name and a list of fields will appear Select the fields that you prefer to go to. Note that the more you select as Preferred the more chance you will have of receiving game offers Click the Submit button to save

9. Step 8 Now go to the Preference menu and select Divisions Click on a Southwest Region Soccer Association and a list of divisions will appear Select which divisions you want to do and click Submit to save

10. Set up complete If you followed all these steps your Ref Centre account is now set up You can change any of the settings at any time Now we recommend that you look around Ref Centre to see what else is available to you to assist with your officiating The next fe slides show you what happens when you receive a game offer

12. When you log into Ref Centre you will see a prompt with a game offer Click the link to access the offer

13. To accept the game click the green check To decline it check the red X If you decline the game you will be shown as unavailable on that day

14. The game is now shown on your jome page schedule

15. After the game the referee must submit a game report on Ref Centre The AR does not need to submit a report

16. Enter the score and the number of cards issued to each team

17. Enter the details of a yellow card

18. Enter the details of a red card

19. Click the Finalize button when you have finished
