Enter sales Sales Approved Receive spins! Win! Staff - Sales Entry Staff enters their current week’s sales into their individual dashboards during the week All sales for the current week must be entered by Saturday night at 11:59 PM Eastern. All sales should be entered into the account of the individual who made the sale – do not pool sales under one name. Previous week(s) sales are not to be carried forward to current weeks. The OD will review the sales entries to verify that the sales are correct and valid, then either APPROVE or DENY the transactions that contributed points to the spin. Once enough points to achieve a spin(s) have been approved, a spin(s) will appear on the ODs’ dashboard The OD will then assign the spin to the staff member of his/her choice via a dropdown list of his staff.

Sales Entered Approve sales Receive spins! Assign spins Doctor - Points Approval Staff enters their sales into their individual dashboards throughout the week When the practice has accumulated enough points for a spin, an notification will be sent to any OD registered for the practice. The notification will contain a link to the OD dashboards, which will display all of the sales entries that comprised that spin under the Practice Sales tab. Simultaneously, a notification will appear on the OD’s dashboard(s) with a link to the same information. (ODs do not need to wait for a notification to approve sales.) The OD will review the sales entries to verify that the sales are correct and valid, then either APPROVE or DENY the transactions that contributed points to the spin. Any points remaining in the account on Saturday night at 11:59 pm will be automatically approved – and an will be sent to the OD totaling all practice points (approved and denied) for the week. Once enough points to achieve a spin(s) have been approved, a spin(s) will appear on the ODs’ dashboard in the Practice Weekly Winner Spins section The OD then assigns the spin to the staff member of his/her choice via a dropdown list of his staff.
