Let’s first review the PIRS instruction sheet Let’s review an example PIRS in the USAID PMP to see what is included. Does it do the job? Could you walk out the door and take the measure? Lets try one : Where? Whom? With what? When? How? 5

What to observe? What tools to use? How to record? Working Time: 50 minutes 6
