4. Reflection Means looking back on your experiences and seeing: What has been new for you? How did this affect you as a person? What did you feel? Will it change your future actions? Why? How? What personal qualities has this experience helped to develop: Care for other people? Humility (accepting some responsibility for what has happened)? Seeing some of our own weaknesses or strengths?

5. Reflection Continued How have you related to other people (in your group or in your experience): Are you tolerant of others opinions? Have you treated all people equally? Have you shown that you are reliable and responsible? What things have you achieved that you haven`t done before? What new skills have you developed? What skills have you improved?

6. Reflection Continued What new cultural experiences have you had? What did this teach you about people from other cultures? What did you learn about yourself or your culture? How has this project affected the way you work with or deal with other people? What have you learnt about yourself within a group of people? What situations made you think about this?

Practice a Personal Reflection Should be meaningful and look at: Personal Qualities Interpersonal relationships Personal achievements Cultural awareness Personal values Please write approximately 150 - 250 words about one thing that you did in the last month that you think you learned something from, affected you personally, or will influence the way you act in future. Be specific, answer who, what, why, when, and how this experience has affected you.
