2.  The first main character is named Clair. She is a tall skittish female with dirty brow hair and blue eyes.  The second main character is named Melody. She is a short energetic female with brown hair and brown eyes.

3.  This story takes place in Oakdale California at Oakdale middle school. Its around spring time and at present day.

4.  The conflict in the story is that Clair and her two other friends were sexually assaulted by their music teacher. Their were two types of conflicts in this story the first one was self to self conflict because Clair felt dirty and crummy all the time. The second conflict was self vs. society because Mr. Mattero kept get dirty looks, death threats, and in fights with children's fathers.

5.  My prediction for the story was that Mr. Mattero was going to get charged with inappropriate touching. My prediction did come true because he got a $250 fine, went to jail, and lost his job.

7.  The message in the story was that if something bad happens don’t be scared to say something speak up because it could happen to others and they could feel the same way you feel.
