1 Fried chicken with green beans and zucchini Students: SOFRONEA ANA-MARIA NETEDU ALEXANDRA

2 Ingredients : 1 chicken, 3 tablespoons butter 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tablespoon wheat flour, 4 tablespoons wine 2 zucchini, 3 cups green beans, 2-3 red 2-3 cloves of garlic salt ground black pepper, ½ cup of garlic sauce to taste.

3 Method: Chicken cut into 4 parts, beat until payment is made, sprinkle with salt and pepper, flour and browns go through. Then pour the wine and broth, cover with lid and Bake.
