(imaging, spectroscopy)  Required functionality  Acquisition Unit (AU) can acquires a sidereal guide star.  AU can shifts the AO point. (dithering)  Wavefront correction in feedback control.  AOIMR can compensate the image rotation.  System startup and shutdown.  Individual check system for each component.
