Registration Timeline 1.Your students will attend the Registration Presentation on: JUNIORSFebruary 23, 2012 SOPHOMORES March 22, 2012 FRESHMAN April 12, 2012 2.Counselors will meet with your students individually to discuss their 2012-13 course selections and create individualized academic plans by grade level. Students must bring their completed Course Worksheet to their meeting. JUNIORSMonth of MARCH SOPHOMORES Month of APRIL FRESHMAN Month of MAY

Registration Materials Students must bring all completed and signed forms to registration meeting (if applicable) 1.Course Worksheet Must have all required teacher signatures for: Electives, Sports, ASB, Yearbook. 2.Honors Waiver needed if student elects to take course that is not recommended or has not fulfilled prerequisite. Avaible from in the Counseling Office 3.T.A. Form (11 th and 12 th Grade only) If your student requests to be a Teacher’s Aide

Reminders There is NO SUMMER SCHOOL available Honors classes do not need to be taken in block. (except incoming 9 th graders). Early Assessment Program(EAP) – 11 th graders will take the EAP test this year during their English CST. Student’s must make up “D’s” in core CSU/UC subject areas. Students should see their counselor ASAP for more information.
