Portfolio: start of semester Each semester new learning outcomes Student identifies personal learning needs to achieve learning outcomes Produce a learning contract Discusses this with clinical mentor

Portfolio: mid semester Mid semester review in clinical practice Student, clinical mentor and academic member of staff discuss progress Update of learning contract and any issues addressed.

Portfolio: end of semester Final review Professional proficiencies and attributes signed off in practice by clinical mentor (pass/fail) Theoretical evidence to support clinical practice submitted with portfolio (graded): Theory to Practice

Year 3 Using clinical experiences to enhance CV Develop effective applications and perform well in selection processes. Contributing to final portfolio in readiness for employment and CPD (PREP).
