5. Goal  Lesson Summary: students to know difference between mammals and amphibians  Lesson Objectives: 1)distinguish between mammals and amphibians 2)know characteristics of mammals 3)know characteristics of amphibians

6. Lesson  As a class I will discuss the differences between mammals and amphibians  We will read Brown Bear What Do You See? And students will identify if animals are amphibian or mammal

7. Activities  Students will separate flash cards as mammal or amphibian in groups  Students will get on computer individually and print 1picture of mammal or amphibian  Worksheet

8. Assessment  Mammal vs. Amphibian graded worksheet  Students will present printed picture to class and state: 1)why animal was chosen 2)if animal is mammal or amphibian 3) what characteristics make animal mammal/amphibian
