Drupal for NGOs 2 Amnesty.org redesign Phase I of Project IMPACT was undertaken to: Re-architect and redesign http://amnesty.org Replace the existing content management system Implement a new constituent relationship management system (a centralized member and supporter database)

Drupal for NGOs 3 Amnesty.org redesign The redesigned site: Is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic (and can support additional languages as needed) Complies with Levels 1 and 2 of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines for people with disabilities Complies with current data protection law and privacy legislation

Drupal for NGOs 4 Amnesty.org redesign The redesigned site: Has been tested extensively with users A user survey was run and responded to by over 8,000 participants "User journeys" workshops were conducted with dozens of IS staff and volunteers Designs were usability tested with 15 people in London and 15 more around the world
