8. Efficient  Take inventory of abilities and resources  Clear the path of obstacles  Be consistent with our leadership from start to finish  Critical Question:  How much effort is misplaced on programs that lack purpose?

9. Effective  Do we have a realistic, purposeful goal?  Are our solutions functional and practical?  Critical Questions:  How can we track or quantify success?  What do you count?

10. Excellence  Others should see our ministries and testify of our faithfulness and discipleship  Our ministry should reflect God’s glory  Critical Question:  Do the efforts of everyone involved honor God?
